1. Introduction

Welcome to Thabomeleng Training Institute (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using our website and enrolling in any of our courses, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use this website or register for any of our programs.

2. Use of the Website

You may use this website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to:

  • Misuse or tamper with the website.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or data.

  • Use any automated system to extract data without our consent.

3. Course Enrolment & Payments

  • A minimum of 50% of the course tuition must be paid upon registration.

  • The remaining balance must be settled in full by the beginning of the following month.

  • All course fees are non-refundable once the course has commenced.

  • Failure to settle outstanding fees will result in the certificate and exit benefits being withheld until payment is complete.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

  • If a student de-registers before the course commencement date, no refund will be issued.

  • In the unlikely event that a course is cancelled by Thabomeleng Training Institute, students will be offered a seat in a future intake or a refund of the tuition paid.

5. Certification & Attendance Requirements

  • Students must maintain a minimum of 80% attendance throughout the course.

  • Failure to meet this requirement will result in no certificate being issued.

  • Students who fail to meet attendance or conduct standards must re-register at their own cost to obtain certification.

6. Student Conduct & Training Policy

All students must adhere to the following Rules and Regulations:

  1. Conduct yourself in a manner befitting the learning environment of Thabomeleng Training Institute.

  2. Show respect toward fellow students, management, clients, and all personnel on the premises.

  3. At least 50% of course tuition must be paid upon registration. The remaining balance must be paid in full by the beginning of the following month.

  4. Failure to settle outstanding fees will result in the student not being issued a certificate or other exit benefits.

  5. If a student de-registers before the course commencement date, no refund will be paid.

  6. 80% attendance throughout the course is compulsory. Failure to achieve this will result in no certificate being issued.

  7. Thabomeleng Training Institute is not liable for injuries that occur during your presence on site.

  8. No person may remove the Institute’s property, equipment, or materials from the premises.

  9. No person may utilize Institute property, materials, or equipment for personal use.

  10. Expulsion for any reason will result in the student being barred from re-registering for 12 months.

  11. Cell phones must be switched off during class and site sessions. Devices used during learning hours will be confiscated and returned at the end of the day.

  12. No weapons or drugs are allowed on the premises. Violation will result in immediate expulsion.

  13. Health and safety rules must be followed at all times.

  14. Smoking is not permitted inside classrooms.

7. Liability & Indemnity

While every precaution is taken to ensure safety and quality of training, Thabomeleng Training Institute shall not be held liable for any injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation in training activities or presence on our premises.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, videos, and course materials — remains the intellectual property of Thabomeleng Training Institute and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without written consent.

9. Website Accuracy

We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of information displayed on our website. However, errors or omissions may occur, and we reserve the right to update course details, schedules, or fees at any time without prior notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thabomeleng Training Institute and its staff shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from the use of our website, training programs, or facilities.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of South Africa.
